Once your order has been processed (usually within 24–48 hours), you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can track your journey in two easy ways:
Via Your Email: Click the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to go directly to the carrier's portal.
On Our Website: Enter your Order Number (found in your confirmation email) and your Email Address in the tracking portal below.
What Your Status Means
Not sure what a specific update means? Here is a quick cheat sheet:
Confirmed: We’ve received your order and are currently picking your items from the warehouse.
Shipped: Your package has left our facility and is officially in the hands of the courier.
In Transit: Your order is moving through the carrier network and is on its way to your local distribution center.
Out for Delivery: Good news! Your package is on the delivery vehicle and should arrive by the end of the day.
Delivered: The package has been dropped off. Time to unbox!
Frequently Asked Questions
My tracking number isn't working! Don't panic! It often takes 24–48 hours for a carrier (like FedEx, UPS, or DHL) to scan the package and update their system after the label is created. Check back the following morning.
